1 Delete in the Bucket Prompt app (instant)
- Open the Bucket Prompt app and sign in.
- Tap the Account tab at the bottom.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete. Your account is deleted immediately.
2 Request deletion without the app
No longer have the app installed? Email us from the address you use for Bucket Prompt and we will permanently delete your account and associated data within 48 hours, then confirm by email.

Or write to bucketprompt@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Bucket Prompt account”. To protect your account, we only act on requests sent from the account's email address.
3 Data that is deleted
- Your account: name, email address, password (hashed) and Google sign-in link
- Your sign-in sessions on all devices
- Your unlocked prompts, pro-view balance and history
- Your referral code and referral history
- Your ad-reward history
4 Data that may be kept
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example, total views of a prompt) that no longer identify you.
- App and website analytics (Google Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase) are kept according to our Google Analytics data-retention setting. They contain your app-instance or account ID, never your name or email, and expire automatically.
- Server logs (such as IP addresses and request times) may be kept for a limited time for security and abuse prevention, then deleted.
- Records we must keep by law, only for as long as the law requires.
Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is handled by Google — you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
