These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bucket Prompt (the "Service"), operated from https://bucketprompt.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

- No payment required to start — free accounts get pro views, and more are earned by referring friends.
- Once you unlock a pro prompt, it's free to revisit for 30 days.
- Prompts are yours to use for personal or commercial AI art — just don't scrape, resell, or bulk-republish our library.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse referrals or break these rules.
1 The Service
Bucket Prompt is a library of AI image-generation prompt templates for use with third-party AI art tools (such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, and similar services). We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse or guarantee compatibility with, any third-party AI tool.
2 Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering, whether via email/password or a third-party sign-in (Google, Facebook, or GitHub).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the referral system, or attempt to circumvent pro-view limits.
3 Pro Views & Referrals
- New accounts start with a limited number of free "pro views," which unlock pro-tier prompt templates.
- Once a pro template is unlocked, access remains free for 30 days from the unlock date; after expiry, viewing it again consumes another pro view.
- Additional pro views may be earned through the referral programme when a friend signs up using your referral link. We reserve the right to reject or reverse referral credits obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, or abuse.
- Free-tier (non-pro) templates remain accessible without consuming pro views.
4 Payments & Subscriptions
Where paid plans are offered, payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). By purchasing a plan you agree to that provider's terms in addition to these Terms. Prices, plan features, and availability may change at any time; changes will not retroactively affect an active paid term. 5 Content & License
- Prompt text, template images, and related content on the Service are provided for personal and commercial use in generating your own AI-created works, unless a specific template states otherwise.
- You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or republish our prompt library or images in bulk, or use automated tools to extract content from the Service.
- Images generated by third-party AI tools using our prompts are governed by that third-party tool's own terms and licensing — we make no representation about ownership or usage rights of AI-generated output.
- All Bucket Prompt branding, logos, and site design remain our property.
6 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, the admin panel, or backend systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via scraping, rate-limit evasion, or automated bulk registration;
- Upload or submit content (via contact forms or otherwise) that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
7 Third-Party Sign-In & Services
If you sign in using Google, Facebook, or GitHub, those providers share limited profile information (such as name and email) with us to create your account, subject to their own privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that prompts will produce any particular result in any third-party AI tool, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bucket Prompt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, referral credits, or generated content.
10 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11 Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by emailing bucketprompt@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
